The Joliet Region Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s Council for Working Women invites members of the local community to their Annual “Martinis, Mistletoe & More” Event on December 2nd, 2019 at the Victorian Ballroom on the Jacob Henry Mansion Estate.
Martinis, Mistletoe & More is the perfect way to kick off the holidays with some good friends and good cheer! Tickets are available for $25 and include hors d’oeuvres, samples of signature holiday drinks, and live holiday entertainment. The first 100 people to register will receive a Souvenir Martini Shaker. A full cash bar will also be open during the event.
While at the event be sure to purchase some raffle tickets for a chance to win one of several amazing prizes including a Gift Card Tree with $1000 in gift cards or several holiday themed gift baskets. A portion of the proceeds from Martinis, Mistletoe & More helps support the Joliet Chamber of Commerce, CWW and its scholarship fund to assist working women or recently unemployed women training to advance their business field, begin a new career or re-enter the workforce.
During the event, guests will also participate in a Holiday Cocktail Competition where 10 local vendors will compete for the ultimate prize of the Martinis Mistletoe & More Overall Favorite Cocktail. Attendees will sample the 10 drinks and choose winners in the 3 categories. Last years’ “Overall Favorite” winner, the “Merry Mimosa” from Chicago Street in Joliet, took home the Traveling Martini Trophy and will be back this year to defend their title.
